Margaret Douglas, Countess of Lennox (geborene Lady Margaret Douglas, * 8. Oktober 1515 auf Harbottle Castle, Northumberland; † 9. März 1578 in Hackney, London) war eine englische Adlige. Über ihre Mutter Margaret Tudor war sie die Nichte König Heinrichs VIII. von England.
